Always Use an Eyelash Curler for Thicker, Fuller Lashes

An eyelash curler is rudimentary for when you wish to have thicker, fuller lashes. An eyelash curler has clamps that squeezes down, curling the lashes upwards. For a dramatic look and to get any desirable makeup look one should choose use an eyelash curler. The first thing that should be kept in mind while buying an eyelash curler is its quality. A good quality eyelash curler will give enticing effects while a cheap curler may break the lashes. Always go for a metal eyelash curler rather than choosing a rubber or plastic one because a metal curler has rubber pads on its clamps which gives way better results while a rubber and a plastic one does not give a good enough grip to hold the lashes properly and curl them. Here are a few steps that can be put to use while curling the lashes properly:

Always Use an Eyelash

Step 1:

Divide your lashes into 3 sections. Aim on the lower part of the lashes and start curling. Do not curl the lashes very close to the skin otherwise you might nip your skin.

Step 2:

Start curling on the middle portion of the lashes and curl upwards. Sectioning the lashes is important because, that way you get all the lashes to look full and curled.

Step 3:

Go on and start curling the 3rd section of the lashes, that is, the tips of the lashes. In that way you get a defined look and the lashes do not look crimp, but beautifully curled.

 A few tips:
  •  Don’t squeeze your lashes in between the clamps for more than 3 seconds because you might end  up breaking the lashes.
  • Apply some Vaseline to your lashes before curling them that would give a dewy and luscious look to your lash line.
  • Coat a mascara before and after curling. 1 coat before curling and 2-3 coats after curling.
  • Go for a deep hue black mascara if you wish to have gorgeously fuller lashes like the INCOLOR scandal eyes mascara that adds 10X more volume to the lashes.

Eyeliner Smudging: How to Avoid it

Eyeliner Smudging

We’ve all had our experiences of looking at the mirror and witnessing panda eyes and feeling totally heartbroken over spending considerable amount from your salary on an eyeliner which we thought could be our bosom buddy. There can be many reasons behind the smudged eyeliner like humidity, oily eyelids or maybe due to sweat. Rather than getting traumatized try out these simple fool proof steps to get your eyeliner game on point.

Step 1:

Prep and prime:

It’s always beneficial to smoothen your eyelids. Use a makeup remover or toner to completely get rid of the oil. Apply a primer (try incolor primer with spf 15) followed by a dusting of a translucent powder. The goal is to avoid the oil from getting accumulated in the creases of the eyelids so as to let the liner look even and flawless.

Step 2:

Go for a waterproof eyeliner. Waterproof eyeliners glide smoothly, do not smudge and give a serene finish which helps the eyeliner to stay on for long.

Step 3:

Lock it further by brushing of a light translucent powder on the area around the eyes this would stop the eyeliner to travel halfway through your face and hence, give a flawless finish leading to a gorgeous pop if you wish your eyes to play the main focus.
